  I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Thus, we have this review.
  
  The back story:
  
  Our upstairs HVAC unit was not cooling properly. We discovered this fun fact on the 90-degree hot days recently when it was 81 degrees upstairs when the thermostat was set to 71. Needless to say, we were sweating the wait between Friday and Monday to get it looked at.
  
  So here's how it went down:
  
  I received a phone call early Monday morning to give me an appointment window. They said the technician would be out between 11AM and 1PM. I had some errands to run so I planned to be back by 11. I received an email at 10:39AM letting me know that the technician was 30 minutes out. I was running a little late and received a phone call letting me know that the technician had arrived. Moments later I was home and the friendly technician got to work. (I wish I could remember his name, but he was exceptionally friendly, personable, and professional throughout the visit.)
  
  He investigated the outside unit to check the compressor, then he climbed into the attic to check the coils. They weren't frozen over, which is a good thing. Unfortunately, my unit went into a timed off mode, so he couldn't do more testing until the timer reset. In the meantime we chatted a bit while he cleaned the outside coils. After the unit came back on, it was determined to be slightly low on coolant. A quick recharge and we were good to go.
  
  I'm definitely noticing a difference in the upstairs overall temperature and the temperature of the air exiting the vents. Thanks for the hard work! I just wish my warranty company covered more of the cost for the coolant.
